Software Maintenance and Support from i3-Imagesoft, LLC

Background

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to enter into a single source agreement with i3-Imagesoft, LLC (formerly Imagesoft, Inc) for the procurement of software maintenance and support. This notice is provided in accordance with statutory requirements for a 15-business-day advertisement of the intent to enter into this agreement.

Work Details

The contract will cover software maintenance and support services for the Hyland AnyDoc software used by the Division of Licensing statewide. This includes the purchase of software keys and licenses, hardware and software maintenance, miscellaneous repairs and parts, as well as support and upgrades. The relevant UNSPSC code for this procurement is 81112200 - Software maintenance and support.

Period of Performance

The period of performance for this contract is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed statewide within Florida as required by the Division of Licensing.

Bidder Requirements

i3-Imagesoft, LLC is identified as the only authorized and certified reseller for Hyland AnyDoc software products for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Therefore, they are uniquely qualified to provide these services.
