Background

Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) is seeking an experienced and qualified vendor to provide dental hygiene supplies for the dental hygiene clinic located on the main campus at 80 Vandenburgh Ave, Troy, NY 12180. Founded in 1953, HVCC is the largest community college in upstate New York, offering degree and certificate programs across various disciplines. The college serves over 19,000 students and has a strong commitment to workforce development and distance learning.

Work Details

The contract involves the purchase of dental hygiene supplies as specified in an associated excel spreadsheet. Vendors must quote pricing that can be maintained during the contract period, which should be lower than or equal to any cooperative and state contract pricing. Items must be brand specific; substitutions will not be accepted. All items must be latex-free and gluten-free where applicable. Vendors are expected to fulfill orders on an as-needed basis with timely delivery to designated campus locations.

Period of Performance

This is a one-year contract beginning on September 1st, 2026, and ending on August 31st, 2027.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at Hudson Valley Community College located at 80 Vandenburgh Avenue, Troy, New York.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a complete bid package including a signed Statement of Non-Collusion. A Certificate of Insurance naming Hudson Valley Community College as an additional insured upon notification of award is required. Bidders must also provide brochures or pertinent literature where applicable and references preferably from educational institutions.
