The Vendor's service area must encompass the project's wetland impacts, or they must provide verification from SFWMD or ACOE that their credits are acceptable. The Vendor is responsible for providing reservation letters documenting reserved credits, invoicing within five calendar days post-TWO issuance, and supplying proof of credit transfer within 45 days after payment. Additionally, if excess credits are purchased, they may be used for future projects.

Period of Performance

The initial term of the contract will be effective for three years following the issuance of the first Task Work Order (TWO).

The contract will be performed in Osceola County, Florida, specifically within the South Florida Water Management District's Lake Tohopekaliga Cumulative Impact Basin.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered with the State of Florida’s MyFloridaMarketplace system by the time of public opening. They must also submit various certifications including a Bidder Certification of Qualifications, a Foreign Country of Concern Attestation, and a certification regarding scrutinized companies lists. Bidders must not be on any prohibited lists as outlined in Section 287.135, Florida Statutes.
