HCDA is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified and experienced firms to provide Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) on-call maintenance and repair services for the Airport's fleet of Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) vehicles.
