ITQ Gulf South Vector Promotional Items

Background

The City of New Orleans, through its Office of Procurement, is seeking bids for Gulf South Vector Promotional Items to support its Mosquito Control Department. The goal of this contract is to procure various promotional items for outreach and awareness campaigns related to mosquito control efforts in the region.

Work Details

The contract includes the provision of the following items: 1. **Javelin Pen**: 3,000 units; features a white contoured plastic barrel with a retractable design, two-tone finish (white base and blue trim), and custom logo printing on the barrel. The pen should have medium-point blue ink. 2. **Stockford Journal**: 1,500 units; made from blue heathered polyester fabric with a wrapped hard cover and white lined paper. Dimensions are 7 inches H x 5 inches W x ½ inches D, containing 80 sheets (160 pages), ribbon page marker, elastic pen loop, elastic closure, and custom logo printing on the front cover. 3. **Rage Umbrella**: 150 units; features a navy blue nylon canopy with a steel frame and plastic handle. Dimensions are 42-inch arc when opened and 21 inches long when closed, includes matching sleeve and custom logo printing on the canopy cover. 4. **7x5 Notepad**: 2,000 units; made from white paper with card stock backing featuring full-color logo at the top of each page. Dimensions are 7 inches H x 5 inches W. 5. **Port & Company Tri-Blend T-Shirt**: Total quantity of 3,950 units in various sizes (Small - 650, Medium - 900, Large - 900, Extra Large - 750, Extra Extra Large - 650, Three Extra Large -100). Made from a blend of polyester/cotton/rayon in navy blue with white imprint on front left chest and full back. 6. **Laser Edge Open-Back Table Throw**: 5 units; made from polyester with dimensions of 67 inches x 154 inches featuring wrinkle-resistant fabric and custom logo imprint in grey and navy-blue colors.

Period of Performance

The delivery of all items must be completed by July 15, 2026.

Place of Performance

All items are to be delivered to the Mosquito Control Department located at 2100 Leon C Simon Drive, New Orleans, LA 70122.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must register as suppliers on the City of New Orleans' procurement platform BRASS to participate in this sourcing event. Additionally, bidders must comply with living wage requirements as per City Code for contracts valued at $25,000 or more. There is also a requirement for DBE participation with an overall equity goal of thirty-five percent (35%) for public spending or projects utilizing public funding.
