REPAIR SMALL ARMS RANGE BULLET TRAP

THE RESULT OF THIS PROJECT WILL BE THE FULLY FUNCTIONAL SMALL ARMS RANGE BULLET TRAP THAT MEETS OR EXCEEDS THE MANUFACTURER AND DOD STANDARDS FOR SMALL ARMS RANGE BULLET TRAPS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS, SUPERVISION, TRANSPORTATION, COST AND OTHER ITEMS AND SERVICES NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE WORK UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED IN THIS STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) REFERENCE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR PROJECT DETAILS. WAGE DETERMINATION ATTACHED. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. IAW FAR 36.204(B) THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $250,000 AND $500,000. PAYMENT, PERFORMANCE, AND BID BONDS ARE REQUIRED. AWARD WILL BE BASED ON LOWEST PRICE. A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON JUNE 2, 2026 AT 10:00 AM. ATTENDEES WILL MEET AT BUILDING B645, 6001 EAST MOLLOY RD. SYRACUSE, NY 13211. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to, but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2026. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. The goal of the contract is to repair and ensure the functionality of a small arms range bullet trap that meets or exceeds the standards set by the manufacturer and the Department of Defense (DoD).
