Background The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is seeking contractors for the Sheep Island Soil Clean-Up project at the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska. Contractors are required to furnish performance and payment bonds if awarded amounts exceed $35,000 and $150,000 respectively.
