Work Details The contractor is required to deliver and install one (1) CNC vertical grinding machine as per the specifications in the Statement of Work. The machine must be capable of performing internal dimension (I.D.) and outside dimension (O.D.) grinding, flat-surface grinding, coordinated vector grinding, and vertical turning. It should operate manually, semi-automatically, or fully automatically with ISO programming capabilities. Key specifications include: - Work Envelope: Minimum 48 inches in diameter and 60 inches in height. - Z-Axis Travel: Minimum 60 inches. - X-Axis Travel: Minimum 60 inches. The machine must also include a geared drive system, hardened precision roller ways, automatic lubrication system, coolant system, chip pan, full enclosure, work light, parts and instruction manuals, and a standard set of wrenches and keys for operation.
