Summary: Background The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is issuing this solicitation for levee repair services at the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) in Bloomington, MN. The goal of this contract is to rehabilitate the levee system to ensure effective flood control and environmental protection within the refuge.
