Background The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of SIIMS Equipment and Other Direct Costs (ODC) for the Red Rock Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) Office of Information Technology (OIT) Digital Education Technology Support Operations (DETSO). The goal of this contract is to provide necessary IT components to support educational initiatives within the BIE.
