Summary

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office West (MRCO-West) is issuing this Sources Sought notice to find potential sources to provide all functions, tasks and responsibilities normally performed by a ground ambulance emergency response and transport organization for (2) ground ambulances 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 or 366 days a year providing an Emergency Medicine physician medical director, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), Paramedics, and a Senior Level Paramedic that shall serve as an On-Site Program Manager in support of U.S. Army Medical Department Activity (MEDDAC) Fort Polk Operational Area-Ranges, Fort Polk, Louisiana as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance (PoP). will consist of one (1) twelve (12) month base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option years. The anticipated start date is 1 October 2026. Howver, this start date is subject to change. The Government will use responses to this notice in formulating its acquisition strategy. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regardless of submissions. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) TO BE SUBMITTED. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. SUBMISSION DETAILS

The Government will not review general capability statements, please ensure submissions are tailored to this requirement and information requested in the attached draft PWS. The Government requests Capabilities Statements be submitted electronically in PDF or MS Word format. Offeror's responses shall not exceed ten (10) pages single-sided - standard 8 1 2 X 11 pages using not less than 10-pitch font -- and shall describe the offerors technical expertise in sufficient detail to make an informed determination of the offerors ability to successfully provide the services listed in the draft PWS.
