Background The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is issuing a solicitation for the Subsistence Prime Vendor Program, specifically targeting Europe Zone 4 for afloat customers. The contract will also include Government Furnished Material (GFM) such as Unitized Group Rations (UGRs) and Meals Ready to Eat (MREs). The estimated dollar value of this solicitation is $300 million with a maximum value of $900 million over the contract term. The contract will have three pricing tiers: 24 months for $120 million, followed by two 18-month periods each valued at $90 million.
