This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or request for quotations. The purpose of this Source Sought Notice is to obtain the following information: (1) The availability and capability of qualified sources; (2) Whether they are a small or large business relative to their size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition 561621- Security Systems Services with a small business size standard of $25 Million.

Requirement Description

On behalf of the United States Army Garrison Fort Hamilton NY, the United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement for ICIDS Maintenance Services at the United States Army Garrison Fort Hamilton NY, 11252. Review attached DRAFT Scope of Work and site map for additional requirements information. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this notice and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers.

Submittal Request

(2) Contractor acknowledges a clear understanding of all tasks specified in the DRAFT SOW. (3) Confirms full capabilities of completing the required work specified in the DRAFT SOW. (4) Capability Statement detailing previous related requirement work (Not to Exceed 2 Pages). (5) Response via e-mail message is acceptable, please ensure items 1 through 4 are addressed and emailed to alyssa.l.hampton2.civ@army.mil. Any questions shall be directed to Nancy Zeng, Contract Specialist, via email. Response requested no later than June 22, 2026 11:00 am EST. THIS IS A FOLLOW-ON REQUIREMENT, NOT NEW REQUIREMENT. Current Contract No. W15QKN-22-P-5087 and Incumbent Contractor, Security2000 LLC, currently provide service at this location until September 21, 2026. NO MORE QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CURRENT CONTRACT AND INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR WOULD BE ANSWERED BY REQUIRING ACTIVITY.
