Background The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is hosting an in-person Proposers Day for the RF Architectures Applying Photonic Timing and Routing (RAAPTR) program. All activities must adhere to unclassified information guidelines. Period of Performance The Proposers Day is scheduled for June 16, 2026, with registration deadlines set prior to this date. Place of Performance The event will take place at Amentum Services, Inc., located at 4121 Wilson Blvd., Suite 200, Arlington, VA 22203. Bidder Requirements Participants must register online by June 8, 2026. Non-U.S. citizens must submit specific visit request forms: - U.S. Permanent Residents and Foreign Nationals not representing a foreign government need to submit DARPA Form 60; - Foreign government personnel must submit an official Foreign Visit Request through their embassy. Registration is limited to a maximum of 80 attendees, with early registration recommended.
