Summary: Background The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance and repair services for the Thermo Altis MS-Vanquish HPLC tandem instrument system. This requirement includes a base period and four option periods, emphasizing the importance of maintaining operational efficiency for critical laboratory equipment. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for: 1. Performing preventive maintenance on the Thermo Altis MS-Vanquish HPLC tandem system according to the manufacturer's specifications. 2. Providing repair services as needed to ensure the system remains operational. 3. Ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards for all ICT supplies and services provided under this contract. 4. Submitting an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for any items not in compliance with Section 508 standards, detailing evaluation methods used for validation. 5. Conducting inspections and accepting supplies/services at the destination as specified by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed (if provided) Place of Performance Services will be performed at FDA facilities as specified in the contract.
