Summary: Background NASA has a requirement for the maintenance of Eaton/Cooper Switches and Transformers at Building 9325, National Center for Critical Information Processing and Storage (NCCIPS) Complex, located at Stennis Space Center, MS. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational integrity and reliability of critical electrical infrastructure at the facility. Work Details The contractor shall provide services including but not limited to: 1. Conducting Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) Testing for 57 Pad Mount Transformers and 23 Pad Mount Switchgears. Deliverables include standardized DGA test reports for each unit (totaling 80 reports). The contractor must use industry-standard testing equipment and methods. Additional requirements include compliance with security protocols, such as U.S. citizenship for access to the site, escort requirements for subcontract personnel, and coordination for site visits.
