Background The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Phoenix District Office (PDO) is seeking to procure repair and maintenance services for a 2024 Dodge RAM 2500 Tradesman Crew Cab 4WD vehicle, specifically for law enforcement purposes. This contract aims to ensure that the vehicle is fully operational and meets safety standards for emergency response scenarios. Work Details The contractor shall perform the following tasks: 1. Conduct necessary assessments and damage evaluations by inspecting the vehicle to confirm the extent of damage and identify necessary repairs or replacements. The contractor must not proceed with additional repairs without authorization from the Contracting Officer. 2. Execute repairs, including part replacement, structural adjustments, and refinishing using OEM or OEM-equivalent parts while following manufacturer repair and safety procedures. All replaced parts and labor must be documented, and any supplemental findings must be reported. The contractor must maintain ASE-certified technicians. 3. Perform diagnostics and verification testing to ensure all components function properly post-repair. Acceptance criteria include: all replaced components tested and verified for proper function, passing all diagnostic tests and safety inspections, readiness for deployment in emergency response scenarios, repairs matching estimates, paint and finish matching OEM appearance, no diagnostic codes remaining, all documentation submitted, and coordination completed for the Phoenix District Office to retrieve the vehicle. Place of Performance The work will be performed at the Bureau of Land Management Phoenix District Office located at 2020 E. Bell Rd, Phoenix AZ 85022.
