The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center on Police Gun Range. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and shall not be construed as an obligation or commitment by the Government. An award will not be made on any offers submitted in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. Work Details The contractor shall provide training facility services for the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System Police Service, including: 1. **Training Facility Location**: Must be within 50 miles of 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. 2. **Facility Access and Scheduling**: 24/7 access for VA Police personnel with prior reservation. 3. **Classroom Instruction**: Facilities must accommodate up to 50 students for at least 8 hours per training session. 4. **Defensive Tactics/Mat Room**: Space for up to 10 students for arrest control and Ground Defense Recovery training. 5. **Restrooms and Sanitation**: Clean restroom facilities and accessible trash receptacles. 6. **Range Specifications**: Pistol/rifle ranges with distances from 0 to 50 yards and at least 10 firing lanes. 7. **Active Threat and Transition Training**: Open area or designated range for Active Threat Response training. 8. **Specialized Training Spaces**: Access to a Shoot House and Sims House for qualification and scenario-based training. 9. **Support for VA Storage**: Allow storage of a VA-provided “Conex” box onsite during the contract period.
