Scope of Work

The contract requires local contractors to provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals to complete the following work: - Installation of 1,196 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch PVC wastewater main - Construction of thirteen (13) 4-foot diameter concrete manholes, including 60 feet of vertical extra depth - Installation of 70 LF of 16-inch steel casing using methods other than open cut This work includes all related appurtenances and incidental items required for project completion. The installations will take place in and around the following locations within the City of Irving: - Clubhouse Place from Kensley N Shr Dr to Las Brisas Dr - Las Brisas Dr from Clubhouse Pl to approximately 150 feet past Honfleur Ct - Belt Line Elevated Storage Tank at 7600 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75063
