Background

The City of Denton is seeking proposals for the Third Party Warehouse Alliance to contract with an experienced individual or business capable of providing innovative goods and services that represent the best value to the City. The goal is to address municipal challenges effectively and cost-efficiently. The City emphasizes the importance of timely submission of proposals and encourages respondents to utilize IONWAVE or hard copy submissions only.

Work Details

The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a range of goods and services as outlined in the solicitation. This includes but is not limited to: - Innovative solutions for municipal challenges - Effective supply chain management - Adherence to performance standards The contractor must demonstrate a proven track record in similar projects and provide detailed reports on time and services rendered. Additionally, they must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding procurement and service delivery.

Period of Performance

The contract will be awarded for an initial term of one year from the date of award, with options for renewal for up to four additional one-year periods. The contract may also be extended by up to six months at the City's discretion.

Place of Performance

The primary location for performance will be within Denton, Texas, specifically at designated City facilities including 901B Texas Street, Denton, TX 76209.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered with the State of Texas and possess all necessary licenses required to perform the services outlined in this solicitation. They must also provide proof of registration with the Secretary of State. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and demonstrate compliance with insurance requirements as specified in the solicitation.
