Environmental, Workplan/Application Development & Engineering Services for FY26 Community Grant Program

Scope of Work Requested

The City of Natchez, Mississippi, is seeking qualified firms to provide a comprehensive range of services for its FY26 Community Grant Program, funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's State Tribal Assistance Grant (STAG) Clean Water State Revolving Fund. The work under this contract will include: - Environmental Phase services, including the completion of the Environmental Information Document (EID) for submission to the EPA as part of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review process - Preparation of the required grant application and workplan for review and approval - Design and Bidding Phase services, including preparation of plans and contract documents, management of the bidding process, and awarding of the contract - Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I) services for drainage improvements in Natchez, including Fine Avenue

Background

Submission Instructions

Interested firms are invited to submit proposals to the City of Natchez, Office of the City Clerk, 124 South Pearl Street, Natchez, MS 39120. Proposals must be received no later than 11:00 A.M. local time on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. At that time, proposals will be opened, recorded, and taken under advisement. Proposals will be evaluated and scored by a Review Committee established by the Mayor of Natchez. The committee will make a recommendation to the Natchez Board of Aldermen, and the proposal receiving the highest cumulative score will be selected to provide the requested services.
