Work Details

The contract requires the provision of office and warehouse space that meets specific requirements: - Total usable square footage must be between 9,681 and 10,674. - The space must include various types of rooms such as enclosed offices, a LAN room, storage/file rooms, a pantry/breakroom, a copy room, a conference room, an open team work area, evidence rooms (secured), equipment rooms (secured), records storage (secured), training center, locker room/shower for decontamination, laundry facility with hookups, IT storage/receiving/workroom, and open bay warehouse. - Adequate parking is required with a minimum of 55 spaces including ADA compliant spaces and secure parking for State-owned vehicles. - The Offeror is responsible for delivering a turn-key build-out that complies with ADA requirements and includes all necessary renovations prior to occupancy. - The lease structure must be full-service (gross), covering base rent and all operating expenses including utilities, maintenance, security systems installation/maintenance, etc.

Period of Performance

The lease is anticipated to commence on April 1st, 2028. Access to the space will be granted 30 business days prior for setup. Proposals are due by August 20th, 2026.
