Background

The Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) is seeking bids for the procurement of a Grundfos Tertiary Filter ADP Pump, model SE1.40.A80.120.4.52M.C.EX.61R. Additionally, bidders must include freight costs as a firm fixed cost if applicable; if no freight charge is being applied, bidders should enter $0.01 for bid submission purposes only.

The contract period will commence upon award and continue until the delivery of the pump, with specific timelines to be agreed upon post-award.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered suppliers with HRSD to submit a bid through their online Oracle ERP system (iSupplier Portal).
