Union County, North Carolina, through Union County Water, is soliciting bids from qualified companies for the purchase of two identical servers and related equipment for the SCADA/OT environment. The goal of this contract is to enhance the County's operational capabilities by upgrading its existing server infrastructure.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from the date of award until all equipment is delivered and accepted by Union County. The expected delivery timeframe after receipt of purchase order should be within a reasonable period as agreed upon in the contract.

Place of Performance

The delivery location for the servers and related equipment is specified as FOB Destination to Union County's address at 4600 Goldmine Road, Monroe, NC 28110.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be companies normally engaged in providing server hardware and related equipment. They must have previous experience providing similar equipment to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Bidders are required to provide documentation confirming manufacturer support/warranty included with their bid and must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
