City Wide Pavement Markings Thermo - 2026

Background

The City of Rockford, Illinois, through its Finance Department and Central Services Division, is issuing a solicitation for the City Wide Pavement Markings Thermo project for 2026. Work Details

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be pre-qualified with the State of Illinois according to Section 102 of the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge construction. An 'Affidavit of Availability' issued by the Department of Transportation must accompany each sealed bid. Additionally, bidders must comply with the Illinois Preference Act requiring employment of Illinois-resident workers on Public Works Projects during times of excessive unemployment. Bidders are also required to submit a final Subcontractor Utilization Form.
