For the Pasco Specialty Kitchen, responsibilities include facility administration and management, client recruitment and onboarding, facility maintenance and equipment management, regulatory compliance, and programming for business development and incubator services. The Contractor is encouraged to develop synergies between both programs to enhance community engagement and economic activity.
The contract will commence in 2027 with an initial duration of one year and two optional one-year renewals for a total potential term of up to three years.
The services will be performed at Peanuts Park (426 W. Lewis Street) for the Farmers Market and at the Pasco Specialty Kitchen (110 S 4th Ave) in Pasco, Washington.
Contractors must possess all applicable business licenses required to operate in Washington State.
