The Yavapai County Sheriff's Office is seeking a Food Service Management Company (FSMC) to provide comprehensive food service operations for the inmate population and staff at the Yavapai County Jail District. Services are required at both the Camp Verde and Prescott facilities, as well as the collocated mental health facility in Prescott. The FSMC will be responsible for: - Supplying on-site staff to manage and execute all aspects of food service operations - Ordering and managing food and supply inventory - Developing menus that meet nutritional and regulatory requirements - Preparing and serving meals for inmates and staff - Maintaining and procuring kitchen equipment as necessary - Addressing and resolving food service-related grievances as assigned by the Detention Services Division Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office - Headquarters Building, Detention Services Division.

This agreement supports the ongoing need to provide reliable, safe, and nutritious food services to inmates and staff at the Yavapai County Jail District, encompassing both Camp Verde and Prescott jail facilities, as well as the associated mental health facility in Prescott.

Contract Requirements

The FSMC must supply qualified on-site staff and manage all aspects of food service operations, including supply ordering, inventory management, menu development, meal preparation, kitchen equipment maintenance and procurement, and handling food service-related grievances as directed by the Detention Services Division.
