Harmony Science Academy - Bridgeland Phase II

Background

The Harmony Science Academy is issuing a Request for Sealed Proposals for the Bridgeland Phase II project. Work Details

The contract involves comprehensive construction services, including but not limited to: 1. Project supervision and management; 2. Site work including material and labor; 3. Construction of play fields, driveways, parking areas, sidewalks; 4. Installation of concrete for buildings, exterior finishes, roofing, drywall, ceilings; 5. Mechanical systems including RTUs, wiring, testing; 6. Electrical systems including power panels and lighting; 7. Plumbing installations; 8. Fire prevention systems including alarms and sprinklers; 9. Installation of audio-visual systems and security measures such as video surveillance and access control systems; 10. Compliance with all necessary permits and inspections.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe following the issuance of the notice to proceed.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at the Harmony Science Academy located at Bridgeland in Houston, Texas.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with Texas Education Code Chapter 22 regarding criminal history checks for employees who will have direct contact with students. Additionally, contractors must certify that they are not debarred or suspended from participating in federal contracts.
