Background

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the replacement of guide and traffic signs on Route 2. Specific tasks include: - Removal of existing signs - Installation of new guide and traffic signs - Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations - Adhering to the prevailing wage rates as determined by the Massachusetts Department of Labor and Workforce Development.

Period of Performance

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be pre-qualified by MassDOT in the SIGNING-STRUCTURAL category prior to submitting proposals. All bidders must possess a valid vendor code issued by MassDOT and apply for a Digital ID at least 14 days before the bid opening date. A Proposal Guaranty amounting to 5% of the bid value is required.
