Background The Indian Health Service (IHS) is issuing solicitation number 75H71126Q00010 as a request for quotation (RFQ) for healthcare simulation training services across all twelve IHS areas. This acquisition is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE), aiming to enhance healthcare delivery and outcomes for Native American and Alaskan Native communities. The project aligns with IHS's mission to provide comprehensive health services and improve the quality of care through innovative training solutions. Work Details The contractor shall provide healthcare simulation experiences (HSE) across the following areas: Alaska, Albuquerque, Bemidji, Billings, California, Great Plains, Nashville, Navajo, Oklahoma, Phoenix, Portland, and Tucson. Key tasks include: 1. Development and conduct of healthcare simulation experiences using high-fidelity equipment. 2. Provision of clinical facilitators for education and debriefing. 3. Delivery of didactic education on simulation topics prior to practical experiences. 4. Tailoring simulation experiences to meet specific service unit needs. 5.
