The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is requesting discounted open-market firm-fixed price quotation packages for onsite mail room, copy center, and warehouse logistics services for the Earth Resources Observation and Science Center (EROS) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement located in the RFQ, to be delivered to Sioux Falls, SD for the following performance period:

The Government intends to award a competitive purchase order in accordance with RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures. All questions shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer, Tricia Rampersad at trampersad@ios.doi.gov no later than 02:00 PM EDT, Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Summary: Background The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is seeking to procure onsite mail room, copy center, and warehouse logistics services for the Earth Resources Observation and Science Center (EROS). The mission of USGS is to provide reliable scientific information to understand the Earth, manage natural resources, and enhance quality of life. This contract aims to support these objectives by ensuring efficient management of mail and logistics at the EROS facility located in Sioux Falls, SD. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive mail room management services including: packaging, receipt and datalogging of item information, distribution of mail, print request fulfillment, document reproduction and finishing, document shredding, and material packaging and handling.
