Background

The contract will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed by the City, with specific timelines to be established during contract execution.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered with the City of Zephyrhills to submit a bid. A bid bond must accompany each bid response, amounting to no less than 5% of the total bid price. Vendors must also provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the contract documents, including Comprehensive General Liability and Worker’s Compensation insurance. Additionally, all subcontractors proposed for principal portions of work must be submitted for acceptance by the City.
