Third Party Administrator for Medical Services 2027-2032

Contract Requirements

All proposers must certify that they are not listed on the Comptroller General's List of Ineligible Contractors. Compliance with all Equal Employment Opportunity Rules and Regulations is mandatory. The CNYRTA is committed to ensuring that disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE), minority/women owned business enterprises (M/WBE), and service disabled veteran owned businesses (SDVOB) have full opportunity to participate in this solicitation. No proposer will be discriminated against on the grounds of sex, race, color, or national origin.

Instructions on Submission

Interested individuals or firms may download the Request for Proposal Package from centro.bonfirehub.com. Proposals must be submitted electronically via centro.bonfirehub.com no later than 1:00PM EST on July 15, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted or considered. Proposals will remain in effect for sixty (60) days from the due date.

Firms submit proposals at their own risk; CNYRTA is not obligated to reimburse any expenses incurred in the preparation or submission of proposals. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason.
