The Port Authority is seeking qualified contractors to provide Railroad Repair Services on a work order and emergency basis at Port Authority Port Department facilities located in New York and New Jersey. The contract will span three (3) years. Services to be performed include, but are not limited to: - Equipment maintenance for railroad infrastructure - Repair and construction services for railroad systems - Emergency response and repair as needed

Background

This contract is being solicited to ensure the ongoing maintenance, repair, and emergency response capabilities for railroad facilities managed by the Port Authority in both New York and New Jersey.

Contract Requirements

- The contract will be for a three-year term. - All services must be performed in accordance with the NIGP Code 94065: Equipment Maintenance, Repair, Construction, and Related Services for Railroads. - The Port Authority will ensure that all businesses are given full and fair opportunity to submit bids, and no business will be discriminated against based on race, color, national origin, age, or disability, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related regulations.
