Self Help Housing

South Central Community Action Partnership (SCCAP) is inviting bids from contractors for the upcoming Self Help Housing Project in the City of Buhl. The work includes excavation and concrete, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, truss setting, insulation, soffit/fascia installation, and drywall. Interested contractors can contact Chad Whitaker at (208) 733-9351 ext. 116 or visit the office at 550 Washington St. South, Twin Falls, ID 83301 for more information regarding the bid packages. The specific due dates and times for bids will be provided in each bid package. All bids must be submitted by mail to P.O. Box 531, Twin Falls, ID 83303, or can be hand-delivered. Late submissions will not be accepted, and bids cannot be sent via fax or email. Bidders are not allowed to withdraw their bids after the specified opening time. The evaluation and selection of bids will be conducted by the Self-Help Housing participants, and SCCAP retains the right to accept or reject any bids that are considered most suitable for the Mutual Self-Help Housing program.
