2026-2027 Building Trades Home

Blackduck School is inviting sealed bids for the construction of a home for the 2026-2027 Building Trades program. The specifications for this year's home include dimensions of 24' x 56', totaling 1344 square feet, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The minimum bid is set at $105,000, with a requirement of 10% down payment at the time of bidding. Bids must be submitted by August 4, 2026, at 12:00 noon. The bid and accompanying check should be placed in a sealed envelope labeled 'House Bid'. The opening of the bids will take place at 1:00 p.m. on August 5, 2026, in the District Office. The successful bidder will be approved during the school board meeting scheduled for August 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the High School Media Center.
