Request for Information STORM Restoration Services Program - Community Outreach Services

Work Requested

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit input for the STORM Restoration Services Program, specifically for Community Outreach Services as detailed in the RFI documentation. The selected contractor will be expected to provide community outreach services that support storm restoration efforts. Who is Requesting: This RFI is administered by PSEG Long Island LLC ( PSEG Long Island or PSEG LI ) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Long Island Electric Utility Servco LLC ( Servco or Agent ). The RFI is issued on behalf of the Long Island Power Authority ( LIPA or Company ). Any contract resulting from this RFI will be entered into by Servco as agent for LIPA.

Background

The STORM Restoration Services Program is designed to enhance community outreach in support of storm restoration activities. The RFI seeks to identify qualified suppliers who can provide these services as outlined in the official documentation.

Contract Requirements

- All requirements and detailed scope of work are specified in the RFI documentation. - All communication, including questions and responses, must be conducted through the PowerAdvocate website. - No other contact with LIPA, PSEG Long Island, or Servco personnel, board, trustees, employees, or consultants is permitted during the RFI process, unless otherwise stated in the RFI. Violation of this rule may result in disqualification.
