Contract Requirements

- All proposers must certify that they are not listed on the Comptroller General's List of Ineligible Contractors. - Compliance with all Equal Employment Opportunity Rules and Regulations is mandatory. - The Authority affirms that disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE), minority/women owned business enterprises (M/WBE), and service disabled veteran owned businesses (SDVOB) will be given full opportunity to participate and will not be discriminated against based on sex, race, color, or national origin.
