Purchase College - Conference Room Rehab for Admissions Relocation

Work Requested

The project involves the rehabilitation of a conference room to facilitate the relocation of the Admissions department at Purchase College. Contract Requirements

- All proposals must be received by 3 p.m. local time on July 28, 2026, at the Procurement and Accounts Payable Office, Campus Center South, Purchase College, 735 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase, New York 10577-1402. - Bids may be hand delivered or mailed to the above address and must be received by the specified time. - Bids must be submitted in duplicate, following the instructions in the Information for Bidders. - Each bid must include security in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid.

- A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk-through will be held at 10:00 a.m. on June 23, 2026, at the Capital Facilities Office Conference Room, Purchase College, 735 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase, New York 10577-1402.
