2026 Road Restoration

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Lake Mohawk Country Club located at 21 The Boardwalk, Sparta, NJ 07871 on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 10 am prevailing time. This is for the 2026 Road Restoration project. Bids cannot be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the bid opening. Starting Monday, June 15, 2026, bid documents may be purchased for the non-refundable price of $25.00, payable to LMCC at the following address: Lake Mohawk Country Club, 21 The Boardwalk, Sparta, NJ 07871, Attn.: LMCC Engineer. Alternatively, bid documents can be requested electronically via email at no cost from swatson@lakemohawkcountryclub.com or kmchugh@lakemohawkcountryclub.com. All bidders must ensure they meet the requirements outlined in the bid documents and submit their bids by the specified deadline.
