Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority Terminal 2 Restroom Refresh

New South-Right Build, in association with Varnedoe Construction, is inviting subcontractors to pre-qualify for bidding on the RDU Terminal 2 Restroom Refresh project. New South-Right Build has been appointed as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for this project, which has a preliminary budget of $28,000,000. Participation from small businesses is required under RDU's Small Business program, with specific participation goals to be detailed in the bid advertisement. Experience with similar projects will be a factor in the prequalification process. The anticipated bid date is late August to early September. This notice is not a request for bids; only those subcontractors who complete the prequalification package and are deemed prequalified will be eligible to bid on this project. Submittals for pre-qualification can be hand delivered, mailed, or submitted electronically. The deadline for prequalification submissions is June 30, 2026, which is 28 days before the bid date. The CMAR and Authority reserve the right to reject any and all pre-qualifications. The contracting will follow the Competitive Bid method as per Chapter 143 of the NC General Statutes.
