Pavement Reconstruction of 130th Street

Sealed bids will be received by the Township of Burlington, Minnesota at the Township Hall, 33007 Wannigan Road until 11:00 a.m., July 7, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing all labor, materials, and all else necessary for the pavement reconstruction of 130th Street. In general, the work consists of providing various types of pavement mixes and full depth reclamation as specified in the bid documents. All bidders must submit a sworn statement demonstrating that they are responsible contractors as defined by Minnesota Statute 16C.285. Failure to provide this statement will result in a non-responsive proposal. The Bidding Documents are available for download from the QuestCDN.com website for $22.00 (QuestCDN Project # 10238156). Hard copies can be obtained from Ulteig Engineers, Inc. at 1345 Highway 10 W, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota 56501 for a non-refundable fee of $100.00. Each bid must include a security equal to five percent of the total bid amount, which can be in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to the City of Walker. This security guarantees that the bidder will enter into a contract if awarded. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Complete instructions for filing bids are provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Questions must be submitted in writing or by email at least five days before the bid opening. Responses to technical questions will be issued by addendum within two days prior to the bid opening.
