Public Auction Sale for Plenary Retail Consumption Liquor License

The Borough Clerk of Haddon Heights is accepting Pre-Qualification applications for one new Plenary Retail Consumption Liquor License. Interested parties must submit their applications by 4:00 p.m. on July 16, 2026, at the Borough Clerk's Office located in the Haddon Heights Municipal Building. All applicants will be notified of their qualification status by August 18, 2026. Those who are pre-qualified will be eligible to participate in a public auction scheduled for September 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the Haddon Heights Municipal Building. The Borough Council will formally award the liquor license to the highest qualified bidder following the auction. The Council reserves the right to reject any bids deemed unacceptable. There are no pre-bid meetings mentioned. Bidders must ensure they are pre-qualified by the specified date to participate in the auction.
