Purchase or Lease of 2026 Chevrolet Suburban 4WD 4Dr. High Country or Equivalent 2026 Model Vehicle

The Township of Irvington is inviting sealed bids for the lease or purchase of a 2026 Chevrolet Suburban 4WD 4Dr. High Country or an equivalent 2026 model vehicle. Bids will be received by the Purchasing Committee at the Municipal Building on Wednesday, July 01, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. prevailing local time, where they will be publicly opened and read. Detailed requests for bids can be obtained from the Finance and Revenue Department, Division of Purchasing, located in Room 203 of the Municipal Building, One Civic Square, Irvington, NJ 07111, during business hours from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is a non-refundable cost of $50.00 per bid packet to cover printing and administrative expenses, payable to the Township of Irvington. Bidders must include a Proposal Guarantee in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Guarantee Bid Bond amounting to 10% of the bid. The successful bidder will also need to provide a Surety Performance Bond for the full contract amount. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name and can be delivered in person or sent by mail to the Office of Municipal Clerk, Township of Irvington, Municipal Building, One Civic Square, Room 116, Irvington, New Jersey 07111. Bids sent by mail must arrive before the deadline for receiving bids. Compliance with various legal provisions is required, including wage regulations and affirmative action requirements. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening without the Township's consent.
