Administration Building Boiler Replacement

The Tunkhannock Area School District is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of the boiler at the Administration Building. Bids must be submitted in PDF format to bids@chasolutions.com by 1:00 PM on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. At this time, bids will be publicly opened and read via Microsoft Teams. The bid opening can be accessed through a provided link, with a meeting ID and passcode for access. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Monday, June 29, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Administration Building located at 41 Philadelphia Avenue, Tunkhannock, PA 18657. Attendance is required to be eligible to bid. To obtain the contract documents in PDF format, bidders must contact CHA at dei@chasolutions.com. A non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) is required for the documents, payable by check or money order to CHA and mailed to their office in Bethlehem, PA. Cash will not be accepted. Bidders must provide specific information including the contract they are bidding on, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address when requesting documents. The documents will be available starting Monday, June 15, 2026.
