New Pavilion Project

The Franklin County Housing Authority is accepting sealed bids for the New Pavilion Project at the Village Green Apartment Complex. The work includes the construction of a new pavilion, sidewalk installation and replacement, minor electrical work, and general site improvements and restoration. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7th, 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Franklin County Housing Authority's Waynesboro office. Only bids from companies that attend this meeting will be opened. Bidders must submit their sealed bids to the Franklin County Housing Authority's main office by 9:00 AM on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026. Bids must be submitted using the official Bid Package, which can be obtained by emailing HTEnv@outlook.com with FCHA New Pavilion Project in the subject line. Bids submitted using anything other than the official Bid Package will be rejected. Each bid must include a bid guarantee of 5% of the bid price, and the successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds valued at 100% of the contract amount, along with proof of necessary insurances.
