Specification No. OM26062 Technical inquiries and/or questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted via Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet at (https://www.: 9rojnet.org) No Later Than (NL T) Friday, 3 July 2026, 10:00 AM Central Time (CST). To submit or review inquiry items, prospective vendors will need to use the Bidder Inquiry Key presented below and follow the instructions listed below the key for access. Emailed inquiries and/or questions will not be accepted. A prospective vendor who submits a comment /question will receive an acknowledgment of their comment/question via email. Another email to the same address will notify the prospective vendor once the reply is available for viewing. The Bidder Inquiry Key is: KPNKFB-766648 Specific Instructions for First Time ProjNet Bid Inquiry Access: 1. From the ProjNet home page linked above, click on Quick Add on the upper right side of the screen. 2. Identify the Agency. This should be marked as USACE. 3. Key.
