Enola 3rd Mainline Railroad Trackwork Project

Norfolk Southern (NS) is seeking bids for the construction of trackwork activities for a mainline track project located in Marysville and Penn Township, Pennsylvania. This project is part of the service expansion funded by PennDOT along the NS Pittsburgh Line and will adhere to state-funded project bidding procedures and criteria. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 30, 2026, which will provide prospective bidders with a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements and include a tour of the project area. Bids must be submitted to NS by noon EST on July 14, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
