Small Construction Services for Millville Housing Authority Properties

The Millville Housing Authority (MHA) is seeking bids for small construction services across all its properties. Contracts will be awarded for the period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an option to extend for an additional year until June 30, 2028. The services required include Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Contractor Service, Plumbing Contractor Service, and Electrical Contractor Service. The specifications are considered clear and complete unless discrepancies are reported before the proposal opening. Contractors are encouraged to subcontract portions of the work to small, disadvantaged businesses and those owned by minority, women, and veteran individuals, which must be identified in the proposal. After a contract is awarded, no further subcontracting is allowed without MHA's consent. Section 3 Employment and Contracting provisions will apply for any new hiring related to the project funded by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development. Proposers are responsible for all costs associated with preparing their responses and must submit proposals according to the provided instructions.
