Design Services for the Cypress Parkway Sidewalk Project

Work Requested

The County seeks a qualified professional engineering consultant to deliver comprehensive engineering services for pedestrian and sidewalk improvements along Cypress Parkway, spanning from Doverplum Avenue to Old Pleasant Hill Road in Osceola County. The scope of work includes: - Design and engineering of approximately 1,800 linear feet of new sidewalk - Installation of ADA-compliant curb ramps - Creation of pedestrian refuge areas - Implementation of detectable warnings - Signal improvements to enhance pedestrian safety - Project management throughout the design phase - Surveying services - Coordination with utilities and relevant agencies, including CFX - Drainage evaluation - Environmental screening - Roadway design support - Preparation of signed and sealed construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates suitable for bidding and construction
